Joyce Jackson, Landscape Architect (JJLA) is a newly formed innovative Landscape Architectural and Planning firm that provides services to public and private clients. JJLA's core belief is to:

'Provide design and planning services to achieve spaces that function effectively, economically, and aesthetically while promoting a healthy environment.'

Ms. Jackson has been employed with design and engineering firms in the Portland, Oregon metro area prior to establishing her own firm and has developed a commitment to the team approach and working cooperatively with architects, engineers, economists, communities and owners. Her experience working alone or with other professionals, community members, and with governmental permitting staff helps assure a balanced and timely product.
JJLA's services include:

• Site analysis and zoning assessment
• Wetland mitigation and restoration plans
• Master plan development for municipal, commercial, industrial, recreational, and residential developments.
• Site and landscape plans
• Land use applications
• Construction documents and specifications
• Community revitalization plans
• Meeting facilitation

Ms. Jackson is a registered landscape architect in Oregon and Washington. JJLA is a ESB, DBE and WBE certified business.
