Land Use and Public Facilitation

In addition to site and landscape design, JJLA can assist clients in obtaining entitlements, zone changes, conditional use approvals, and design review approvals. JJLA also  facilitates public meetings for land use applications and planning projects.
Previous work with past employers included working with teams of attorneys on complex applications or managing the development application independently for clients.
