Master Plans & Guidelines

JJLA has developed master plans for commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects.  The plans focus on promoting economic opportunities for communities, while also protecting environmental resources with sustainable design strategies. The master plans often include written guidelines to ensure implementation of the plan's vision.
